FUZO MERCHANDISE LLP follows a strict No Refund Policy. We do not issue refunds under any circumstances, including change of mind, incorrect products ordered, or customer handling damage.
2. Replacement Policy (Defect-Based)
We offer a replacement only if the product is defective due to a manufacturing or supplier error. Replacements are subject to verification by our quality assessment team.
3. Conditions for Eligibility
- Inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Defect must be confirmed as a manufacturing error after internal evaluation.
- Product must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and the invoice.
4. How to Request a Replacement
Email info@FUZO.in with your Order Number, clear photos/videos of the defect, and photos of the packaging.
5. Non-Eligible Cases
- Damage caused by customer misuse or wear & tear.
- Requests made after the 48-hour window.
- Minor surface-level variations due to natural materials.
